Our governance structure is built on transparency, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to our players’ development, ensuring every decision is made with their long-term growth and well-being as the foremost priority.
Our leadership team is composed of seasoned professionals from the worlds of sports management, elite coaching, and youth development. Each member brings a wealth of experience and a shared passion for nurturing talent.
Guided by a clear charter and ethical framework, our board and directors oversee the academy’s strategic direction, program quality, and operational standards, creating a stable and inspiring environment where young athletes can truly thrive.
Chairperson:
Provides strategic oversight and ensures the academy fulfills its mission and vision.
Director of Football:
A former professional player and UEFA-certified coach, responsible for the technical direction and coaching philosophy of all football programs.
Director of Basketball:
A seasoned coach with collegiate and professional experience, overseeing the development and execution of all basketball curricula.
Director of Operations & Finance:
Manages the academy’s logistical, financial, and administrative functions to ensure sustainable growth and seamless day-to-day operations.
Director of Player Welfare & Development:
A certified sports psychologist or child development specialist focused on the holistic well-being, education, and personal growth of every athlete.
Every policy and program is evaluated based on its benefit to player development and safety.
We maintain the highest standards in coaching, facilities, and ethics, with clear accountability at all levels.
We communicate openly with our athletes, parents, and partners about our goals, decisions, and financial stewardship.
We foster a culture of respect, fairness, and sportsmanship in all our interactions, on and off the field.
